The SAIL benefits platform offers a streamlined process for employees and eligible retirees to manage their documentation. Users can easily upload and download necessary documents in various formats, including .pdf, .jpeg, and .mp4, which facilitates efficient claim settlements.

This platform is accessible not only to retired employees of SAIL but also extends to their spouses. Additionally, it accommodates employees who have voluntarily retired as well as those who have ceased employment due to permanent total disablement, along with their spouses. Furthermore, it provides support for the spouses of employees who have passed away while in service.

Employees who resign from the company at the age of 57 or older are also eligible, along with their respective spouses. Participation in this scheme is optional; individuals choosing to enroll will henceforth be referred to as "members." It is essential to note that, aside from fresh enrollments within the year, only individuals who were previously members of SAIL are eligible for participation.
